Pilates has been part of my life for more than two decades, but what has kept me committed to the method all these years is something deeper than exercise — it’s the intelligence behind the work.

Throughout my career I’ve trained and taught hundreds of different bodies, each one requiring a different level of attention, precision, and care. Pilates, when taught correctly, is never one-size-fits-all. It’s a method that demands knowledge, observation, and constant learning from the instructor guiding it.

That commitment to learning is something I take seriously. I continue my education every month — studying the classical method, refining technique, and expanding my understanding of the body so I can bring the most thoughtful, effective programming to my clients. Pilates is a lifelong study, and I believe great teachers never stop being students of the work.

Over the years I watched the industry change. Classes grew larger, movements became trend-driven, and the method itself began to be watered down to fit corporate models and franchise rules. The deeper work — the intentional progressions, the advanced exercises, the careful instruction — was getting lost.

I knew Pilates could be more than that.

So when the opportunity came to create my own space, I built the studio I always wished existed.

10•20•30 Pilates was designed to bring the method back to its purpose: intelligent movement, intentional progressions, and a space where every client is truly seen.

Here, Pilates is taught the way it was meant to be learned.

We build strength with precision.
We work toward advanced exercises safely.
We develop the skill and control required for inversions and complex movements.

Nothing is rushed, watered down, or performed just for the sake of looking impressive.

Because when Pilates is taught with knowledge and care, the results are extraordinary.

My goal is simple: to help you move better, become stronger, and discover what your body is truly capable of.

And I’m honored to guide you through that process.
